GUARDING SERVICES
This is a Tailor Made Service, for each of our Clients.
Most of our Hotel, High-End Retail Businesses, and our VIP Clients’ Residences, usually require Guards in the Day, and at Night.
Many other Businesses, only require this Service, predominantly whilst they are open, and usually a period of time before and after Opening/Closing.
We will discuss with you, your personal requirements, as well as make suggestions based on your Industry, and Industry best practices for our services, until we have created a great Guard Service Plan for you
Taking into consideration:
- Industry Best Practices
- Your Personal Requirements
- Any Areas of Concern or Special Circumstances
- Day Guarding / Night Guarding / Both Day & Night Guarding
- Start Date, Start Times & End Times
We will then Create your Personalised Guard Service Plan
Once the Guards have been deployed, and the Guard Service has Commenced, we will call you for your feedback & comments
- Feedback & Comments
- Any Changes Required by yourselves
- We will look into the Requested Changes to the Current Ongoing
Service, and get back to you within 24 hours with our Response.
If it is within the scope of this Service, of course we will try to
implement the changes, as soon as can be done. - We will complete the updated documentation with you, based
on the new Guard Service.
As soon as this Service has Commenced, you will have direct contact
with our Chief Security Officer.
Any Incidents during the Guarding Service will be reported to him.
If you identify any Issues, or want to amend the current plan, this can also be discussed with him.
A Meeting can also be arranged for you, if required.
